Wilson Electronics, a cellular signal booster system that has been available for years at Home Controls, is changing its name in just a few days. The countdown has already start for the launch of weBoost.
“The name [Wilson Electronics] is a little dated,” President and CEO Robert Van Buskir said in a story with Wireless Week. “If you go up to someone today and say you’re an electronics company, they go ‘What is that? Everything’s electronic.’”
The change is in name only, and weBoost will continue to produce the same great products that have been leading the cellular signal booster industry. We’ve been told the products will sport the new name in the next few months, and part numbers will change slightly.
